One-sided water-repellent processing agents are special processing agents that can form a water-repellent layer on the surface of fabrics and non-woven materials using coating machines and other equipment. Since water-repellency can be imparted only to the surface of the material, one-sided water-repellent and one-sided water-absorbent processing is possible.
